No messenger in the service – pages communicate outside the service (e.g., via LinkedIn).
§3. Account and login

The user can disconnect LinkedIn and delete the account (see §10).
§4. User Content
The publisher is solely responsible for the content (ads, descriptions).
Impersonation (claiming someone else's profile URL as your own) is prohibited and may result in immediate removal of content/account and liability to the person being impersonated.
§5. Publishing and Applying
Job postings are published by the User-Employer; The Candidate applies with the URL of their LinkedIn profile.
The service can format the ad content using an AI model – the final verification is done by the publisher.
§6. Moderation and Reports
We do not conduct pre-moderation.
If you see abuse/illegal content:
- First, contact the author of the ad (easily accessible LinkedIn profile URL with the ad).
- If this does not help or the content is unlawful – report it to us via https://www.linkedin.com/in/piotrgolczyk/ (short description + link).
- After reporting, we may restrict/remove content or accounts; we will provide a brief justification and allow for an appeal through the same channel.
§7. Advertisements, Ranking
Currently no ads, sponsorship, and targeting.
By default, listings are sorted neutrally (e.g., newest → oldest); we can test free sorting/filtering variants.
§8. Beta / Pre-beta – Responsibility
The service operates in BETA/PRE-BETA mode: possible errors, interruptions, changes in features without notice.
We provide the service "as is" and exclude liability to the fullest extent permitted by law, including for: interruptions, loss of user-entered data, indirect damages/lost profits, and user content.
We do not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded (e.g., intentional damage, consumer rights).
