TERMS OF SERVICE (BETA / PRE-BETA)
Version: 1.0 (2026-02-05)

§1. Service provider
MKTOUT Piotr Golczyk (sole proprietorship)
Address: ul. Jana Brzechwy 6a, 31-478 Kraków, Poland
Tax ID (NIP): 6281638386, REGON: 120108204
Preferred contact: LinkedIn – Piotr Golczyk

§2. Nature of the service
The service provides infrastructure for publishing job posts and applying with a LinkedIn profile.
We are not an employment agency and do not take part in hiring decisions.
There is no messenger in the service — parties communicate outside (e.g. via LinkedIn).
§3. Account and login
Login is only available through LinkedIn SSO; we create a local snapshot of key profile data.
Users can disconnect LinkedIn and delete the account (see §10).
§4. User content
Publishers are solely responsible for their content (job posts, descriptions).
Impersonation (submitting someone else's profile URL as your own) is prohibited and may result in immediate content/account removal and liability towards the impersonated person.
§5. Publishing and applying
Job posts are published by Employer Users; Candidates apply with their LinkedIn profile URL.
The service may format job post content using an AI model — the publisher makes the final review.
§6. Moderation and reports
We do not perform pre-moderation.
If you notice abuse or unlawful content:
- Contact the job post author first (their LinkedIn profile URL is readily available).
- If that doesn't help or the content is unlawful — report it via https://www.linkedin.com/in/piotrgolczyk/ (short description + link).
- After a report we may restrict/remove content or accounts; we will provide a brief justification and allow an appeal via the same channel.
§7. Ads and ranking
Currently there are no ads, sponsorships, or targeting.
By default job posts are sorted neutrally (e.g. newest → oldest); we may test unpaid variants of sorting/filters.
§8. Beta / pre-beta — liability
The service operates in BETA/PRE-BETA mode: expect bugs, downtime, and feature changes without notice.
We provide the service "as is" and disclaim liability to the fullest extent permitted by law, including for downtime, loss of user-entered data, indirect damages/lost profits, and user content.
We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded (e.g. intentional damage, mandatory consumer rights).
§9. Complaints (minimal)
Send complaints/appeals via https://www.linkedin.com/in/piotrgolczyk/. We respond within 14 days.
§10. Ending use
Users may delete their account at any time.
We may suspend/remove an account for violations of the terms or law — with justification and the right to appeal (§9).
§11. Changes to the terms
We may change the terms for important reasons (law, security, features). We will announce changes in the service in advance; continued use equals acceptance.
§12. Governing law and courts
Polish law applies.
For businesses — courts in Kraków; for consumers — jurisdiction determined by mandatory laws of their EU country.
